Gift Vouchers

  • We offer Gift Vouchers for sale including £5, £10 and £20.
  • Gift vouchers are valid for use at any event, stall as well as through use our mail order service online.
  • Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
  • Lost or stolen voucher liability lies with the holder and not with Mama’s Fudge, however please contact us in the event of accidental damage and we will work with you to find a solution.
  • Gift Vouchers remain valid for a 12 month period after the date of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to refuse Gift Vouchers that cannot be authenticated.
  • Terms & conditions may be amended when necessary and reasonable.


  • For UK mainland deliveries we offer both standard and fast tracked delivery options.
  • Please anticipate slower delivery times at peak periods prior to national holidays.
  • Delivery may be carried out in more than one installments or through more than one courier service when necessary to do so.
  • Delivery sates may vary and no liability can be accepted due to late deliveries.
  • We are unable to offer dispatches over weekends and public holidays.
  • To avoid any dissapointment resulting from non-shipment it will be consumer responsibility to allow sufficient time for dispatch.
  • We accept no liability for failure to ship products due to factors out of our control ‘acts of God’. We take reasonable steps to inform you within 14 days or ordering and in such cases we will immediately refund any payment made, in full to your payment method.


  • Discounts or offers are valid on item cost and are not applicable to postage costs.
  • We reserve the right to be bound to honour any orders made at a price that is offered on the website in error.
  • Any website or social media offers are used independently and are not used in conjunction with other offers.


  • We are a small family run business and make our high quality fudge to order. In some cases therefore, due to circumstances out of our control such as high order volumes, we may not be able to dispatch within the usual 3 day period and accept no liability in this instance.
  • In the instance of prolonged dispatched delays over 7 working days we will take reasonable steps to inform you and will provide you with alternative solutions.
